Material and practical features
The foundation of G21 CeluCut boards is 100% natural cellulose, made by compressing wood fibres, which is gentle on your knife blades. For your safety while chopping, the boards feature a non-slip surface finish. A practical groove around the perimeter catches juices from food and keeps your work surface clean. Maintenance is incredibly easy – just put them in the dishwasher after use. Thanks to heat resistance up to 175°C, they also serve well for presenting hot dishes.
