The secret of Bradley smokers lies in the taste hidden in Bradley wood briquettes. Wood sawdust is used in their production. The sawdust is pressed together at the right density under precisely controlled pressure. The taste of smoked meals varies considerably depending on which type of wood has been used. The Mesquite Briquettes are made from Prosopis bushes, with a rich and more pronounced flavour that is suitable for smoking fish, ducks, beef and pork, especially pork shoulder or beef brisket.
Bradley smokers burn one briquette for 20 minutes. It produces a clean taste of wood in cold smoke. Once a briquette is finished, the smoke generator automatically pushes it into a bowl of water to prevent unwanted ash burning. Subsequently, another briquette is loaded from the container to automatically keep the smoking process running.
When burning briquettes, there are no flames, thus preserving the pure taste of the selected wood. If a higher temperature of combustion of wood occurs, undesirable gases and combustion resin products will be generated. But this does not happen in Bradley smokers, so you do not have to worry that these unwanted phenomena will disrupt the perfect taste of your smoked meals.

Bradley Briquettes are made of premium hardwood without additives. Tests conducted by the University of Technology in British Columbia have shown that the briquettes produce smoke four times cleaner than smoke produced by burning ordinary sawdust.
