Eqiva - CC-RT-N2-EQ excels in autonomous operation
Eqiva products work completely independently, so there is no need to buy a control or central unit. Instead, individual devices can be programmed manually, individually using dedicated controls integrated directly on the devices themselves. Eqiva - CC-RT-N2-EQ can be controlled by turning the head's ring button, or use automatic control, where the head's powerful actuator will control the hot water flow of the radiator automatically according to your needs and your pre-programmed configuration.
Saves up to 30% on energy costs
The hi-tech solution of the Eqiva thermostatic controllers lies primarily in the manufacturer's unique algorithm and stepper motor control mechanism. Replacing conventional thermostatic radiator heads, they control room temperature and the heating process according to individual needs, resulting in immediate savings and energy cost reductions of up to 30%. Each Eqiva head also has an integrated temperature sensor. Up to three adjustable heating profiles: the temperature can be controlled in time intervals (up to 7 heating phases per day with individually adjustable temperature).
Eqiva - CC-RT-N2-EQ detects open window
Another step to significantly save energy costs is to prevent hot water from flowing into the radiator body during ventilation. The Eqiva thermostatic head automatically detects when a window is opened and, thanks to intelligent control, the room temperature of each room is individually controlled and adjusted throughout the day depending on the daily routine and current needs. With this strategy, you can save money immediately and reduce energy costs by up to 30%.
Boost function for accelerated heating
If you feel it would be useful to increase the room temperature, you can easily do so by activating the Boost function by pressing the button on the control ring. The Eqiva thermostatic head immediately opens the valve from 80% (factory setting) for 5 minutes to allow maximum heating water flow and immediately raise the radiator temperature.

The Eqiva - CC-RT-N2-EQ stand-alone thermostatic head can be installed in bedrooms and children's rooms without disturbing peaceful sleep, unlike most conventional motorised heads. Thanks to its quiet operation and the technology of the muffled housing design, children can fall asleep without worry and enjoy undisturbed sleep at a comfortable temperature.
Maintenance-free operation and new features
The new version of the Eqiva thermostatic head has a dynamic and adaptive balancing function. For efficient operation, the heating system piping must be hydraulically balanced. Only radiator units that have sufficient heating water flowing through them can provide the required heat output. The Eqiva - CC-RT-N2-EQ has the additional function of protecting the valve against limescale and frost, thus ingeniously protecting against the risk of calcification or freezing of the radiator valve. Another novelty is the compensation of room temperature, since the integrated sensor of the head detects the temperature near the radiator body, a lower or higher temperature can be measured in another, more distant part of the room. In order to achieve an even, constant room temperature, the room temperature compensation function can be activated by ±3.5 °C.
Easy installation of the Eqiva thermostatic head
Thermostatic head Eqiva - CC-RT-N2-EQ allows direct mounting (without the need to drain water or interrupt the heating circuit) on radiator bodies with M30 × 1.5 mm thread (practically the most common type of thread: Heimeier, MNG, Honeywell-Braukmann, Oventrop, Schlösser, Comap, Valf Sanayii, Idmar, Yaga, Junkers, Pegler, R. B. M., Watts, Danfoss with RA adapter) or use the supplied adapter for most standard radiator valve series (RA - Danfoss - included, other adapters are available for virtually all valve types). Then simply remove the existing head and replace it with the Eqiva standalone head. After mounting the head on the valve thread of the radiator body and the first start-up, the head itself takes the initiative. It is then fully automated and commissioned regardless of valve type.
