Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that the body can only obtain through diet or nutritional supplements. It cannot produce it on its own. Recommended dosage
1 capsule once daily in the morning or evening. Take on an empty or semi-empty stomach. The effect can be observed after a few days of regular use (2–3 days), when L-tryptophan is sufficiently concentrated in the body. The capsule should be taken with a sufficient amount of water. This ensures that the capsule reaches the stomach, where it can begin to break down gradually, thus releasing the necessary substances into the body.
