The built-in battery lasts up to 120 hours on a single charge, but with typical use, it runs for about 2–3 days.

Máme problém z lokalizací hodinek (určení polohy). Kredit tam je, data jsou aktivní, aktualizace obojího zařízení je aktuální. Po odeslaní určení polohy v aplikaci to píše, že polohu určí až bude zařízení online, ale zařízení online je.
Jak to řešit?
Další dotaz je, že jsem nenašel ani v hodinkách ani v aplikaci LAMAX Connect, továrního nastavení hodinek. Prosím o navigaci kde bych to měl najít.
A ještě další dotaz, nejde mi vymazat wifi kterou tam nechci, syn se na ni připojil a já ji chci vymazat.

Dobry den, uz dele nez tyden cekam na odpoved ze zakaznického servisu Lamax. Omezil jsem hovory z neznamych cisel a melo by jit dle navodu volat jen na cisla v kontaktech. V zaznamu hovoru se ovsem nezname cislo ukaze a nasledne na nej jde i volat, da se tomu prosim nejakym nastavenim zabranit ? Predem dekuji za radu.

- několikrát se nám doma stalo, že se hodinky tvářili offline - přitom byli v dosahu wifi... pomohlo až vypnuti a nebo vypnuti a zapnuti wlan na hodinkach...
- pokud se hodinky jevi jako offline neprijde o tom zprava do aplikace?
- je nutne na hodinkach nejak nastavit aby vyuzivala data ze sim? proc se jevila offline kdyz se odpojila od wifi? nemela by automaticky vyuzivat data?
- myslel jsem, ze pro rodinu budu vyuzivat apku lamaxconnect, ale i ostatni clenove pak vidi polohu, mohou menit nastaveni hodinek... nelze to jen omezit na videovolani a chat napr? pro synovce a prarodice by to bylo dostatecne... nechci vsem dat moznost menit nastaveni hodinek...

Dobrý den, posledních cca 14 dní máme problém s lokalizací. Po zapnutí hodinek necelé dvě hodiny funguje jak má (bez ohledu na nastavený interval), poté se přestane v aplikaci aktualizovat. To samé platí i pro kroky. Zpráva se normálně posílat dá, hodinky se dají dálkově restartovat, to funguje. Pokud dám manuálně aktualizovat umístění, tak se odpočítá minuta a konec (poloha se nezaktualizuje). Na podporu jsem poslal mail z dotazem, bohužel je stále bez odpovědi. :-/
