Dobrý den, před rokem jsem u Vás koupil notebook Lenovo IdeaPad flex 5, ryzen 7, 16gb ram, 2,5k displej IPS se stylusem, momentálně win 11 home. Nyní asi po 10 měsících zmizelo ovládání konvertibility a po ohnutí do tabletu se nedaří automatické otáčení. V nastavení ani Lenovo Vantage není o ovládání najednou ani zmínka. BIOS update nepomohl. Ani to pomyslné zlomení již nefunguje správně. Touchpad a klávesnice se vypínají až při úplném přehnutí a nikoli po překročení určitého uhlu jako původně. Nevím, co s tím. Jinak jsem ze stroje stale nadšený, ale tohle mě mrzí. Mám Vaší prodlouženou záruku, ale nevím, jestli je toto na reklamaci a jsem rád za tento kus, protože první odešel během dne. Tento už skoro rok běhá jak hodinky. Moc děkuji za případnou odpověď.
