Preparation
Shake before opening. Start with a small amount and increase the amount as needed. Avoid metal spoons. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.

HOLLE recommends to start feeding at the earliest in the 5th month. Start slowly - there is certainly no hurry. Serve soft, single-species vegetable starters first. After up to -4 weeks of introducing your baby to the first feedings, add non-dairy porridges and meat feedings full of essential iron.
