Optifiber® is a 100% vegetable fiber designed for controlled dietary nutrition in bowel motility disorders (constipation or diarrhea). Contains only partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG).

Adults and seniors, children from 3 years old and pregnant and breastfeeding women
- Constipation is a common problem during pregnancy due to the physical and hormonal changes that occur and can affect up to 40% of pregnant women.
- In pregnancy, it is recommended to increase fluid and fiber intake along with daily light exercise.
Easy to prepare - Every day
Mix with any hot or cold non-carbonated beverage. It can also be mixed with yoghurt or porridge dishes.

Recommended dosage for diarrhea
If necessary, the dose can be gradually increased up to the recommended maximum daily dose (3 scoops for children, 5 scoops for adults). Once the consistency of the stool has adjusted, do not increase the number of doses and continue to use.
