The G21 Nefrit vacuum can not only vacuum pack and seal the food, but also allows manual air extraction using the Pulse Vacuum function or setting the melting time according to the type of welded foil. The G21 Nefrit delivers air not only from vacuum bags or foil rolls, but also from vacuum marinating jars. Simply connect the hose to the corresponding opening of the G21 vacuum canister (hose included) with a volume of 1.4 or 2 litres, press the corresponding control button and the food in the canister will be reliably vacuumed.
Benefit of the Nefrit vacuum cleaner - marinating function
When vacuuming in the G21 vacuum marinating jar, use the "Marinate" function. After inserting the marinated meat, the repeated suction and air intake will expand the pores of the meat, so that the marinating mixture gets inside better and the marinating process is intensified and accelerated.
