CFM - Cross-flow microfiltered whey protein isolate /from milk/ with protein fractions (beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactoglobulin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptide, lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase); cocoa powder, flavourings, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin; stabiliser: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K; patented digestive enzyme DigeZyme - multi-enzyme complex (amylase, lactase, cellulase, bacterial neutral protease and lipase), LactoSpore™ (Bacillus coagulans, maltodextrin).

Recommended dosage
With scoop: Mix 35g (1 heaped scoop) with 200–300ml of cold water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or hand shaker and mix for 30 seconds. Take 1–3 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein requirements.
