CFM – Cross-Flow Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate /from Milk/ with protein fractions (Beta-Lactoglobulin, Alpha-Lactoglobulin, Serum Albumin, Immunoglobulin, Glycomacropeptide, Lactoferrin, Lactoperoxidase); cocoa powder, flavourings, salt, stabiliser: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; emulsifier: Soy Lecithin; patented digestive enzyme DigeZyme® - multi-enzyme complex (Amylase, Lactase, Cellulase, Bacterial Neutral Protease and Lipase), sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K; LactoSpore™ (Bacillus coagulans, maltodextrin).

Preparation
Preparation is really quick and easy. Simply mix the protein with cold water or milk and shake or blend for approximately 30 seconds.
Recommended dosage
With a scoop:
Mix 35g (1 heaped scoop) with 200–300ml of cold water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or a hand shaker and mix for 30 seconds. Take 1–3 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein needs.
