Protein Food Pineapple contains whey protein, which is ideal for promoting muscle recovery, growth and protection and complex carbohydrates from rice, oats and wheat for a steady supply of energy. The combination of cereal crisps and protein balls made up exclusively of 90% whey isolate and rice will taste good after the first bite. For the fruit flavour, 252 g of fresh pineapple was used. Thanks to freeze-drying, the fruit retains its natural taste, aroma and health benefits. To support the intestinal balance, it also contains inulin with prebiotic effects.

Preparation
Mix 1 scoop (36 g) in 80 ml / contents of 2 scoops (72 g) in 160 ml / contents of 3 scoops (108 g) in 240 ml of water or skimmed milk and stir. Intended for immediate consumption, do not store ready-made porridge. We recommend to consume as a breakfast or snack.
Recommended dosage
The daily dose is 1-3 scoops depending on your body weight, sports activity and diet composition.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature of up to 20 °C, carefully sealed. Once opened, use within 2 months. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
