Preparation and dosing
Pro přípravu 1 porce rozmíchejte 1 odměrku (20g) s 300 ml studené vody a užívejte 20 minut před tréninkem. After assessing the tolerance, you can increase the dose to 2 doses. Never exceed the recommended dosage within 24 hours. As it contains caffeine, we do not recommend taking it in the evening and 5 hours before bedtime.
