Penco Restart drink is designed for all athletes who train intensively or take part in a demanding race. It is particularly suitable for athletes over 45 years of age.
Penco Restart drink is very easy to prepare by mixing with water. It contains 6.5 g of protein per 100 g, in addition, BCAAs are part of it, vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, Pantothenic, but also minerals like magnesium, sodium, manganese, zinc or selenium.

Ingredients
Maltodextrins, glucose, sucrose, fructose, instant BCAA's (L-leucine, L-Valine, L-isoleucine, 2:1:1, emulsifier soy lecithin up to 2%), L-glutamine, natural cranberry flavour, acidity regulator citric acid magnesium salts of citric acid, beet root juice, L-ascorbic acid, sodium citrate, vitamin premix ( L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 50%, nicotinamide, D-pantothenate calcium, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), potassium citrate, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, potassium chloride, caramel colour, zinc oxide, manganese [II] sulphate, sodium selenite.
Preparation and dosing
Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 500 ml of water. Drink ideally within 15 minutes after exercise.
