Setting goals and heart rate

The Zipro elliptical cross trainer allows you to program your workout goals. You can set the time, distance or calories you want to achieve during your workout. As soon as you start your workout, the set values will start counting down. You also have the option to set an upper heart rate limit. When you reach this value, the trainer will alert you with an audible signal. A built-in mobile phone compartment allows you to keep your phone in sight during your workout and use training apps.

Magnetic resistance

The Zipro elliptical cross trainer uses a quiet and reliable magnetic resistance system. Together with the 7-kilogram flywheel, it can generate enough resistance to meet your training expectations. The resistance of the Zipro Shox Rs trainer can be adjusted in 8 steps using the rotary dial on the front column.
