Dobrý den, po měsíci fungování mi po nabití tracker píše, že není připojen k síti. Nelze ho vypnout ani restartovat. Stav baterie ukazuje několik dní stále 89%. Jak mohu tento problém řešit? Platíme předplatné a pes musí být zavřený v boudě :-(
