Key ingredients

  • B-complex, zinc, selenium and chromium. Eight B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12 and biotin) along with the minerals zinc, selenium and chromium from a natural source - sprouted buckwheat, which is gently dried at a low temperature to preserve its maximum nutritional value. During germination, buckwheat seeds absorb nutrients that are naturally incorporated into the sprouts. The resulting powder from these sprouts is thus a pure and natural source of vitamins.
  • Vitamin D3 extracted from seaweed. Vitamin D is essential for our health. Our product contains a highly usable form of vitamin D, cholecalciferol, obtained from a purely plant source - non-GMO algae. The entire production process is under maximum quality and purity control, without the use of pesticides or other contaminants.
  • Beta-carotene. Beta-carotene - an important precursor of vitamin A. In addition to beta-carotene, the mixture also contains other carotenoids such as alpha-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin and cryptoxanthin, which occur naturally in algae. It comes from the algae Dunaliella salina, which grows naturally in the salty conditions of Australian lagoons.
  • Biologically active form of vitamin K2 - MK7. Our natural vitamin K2 in the bioactive form K2-MK7 is obtained by the natural fermentation process of a non-GMO strain of Bacillus subtilis natto. This form is maximally usable by the body and is attributed with biological functions related to the promotion of healthy bones and teeth.
  • Iodine. The cultivated seaweed Ascophyllum nodosum provides the necessary dose of natural iodine. In addition, the seaweed is of organic quality, certified according to the Biodynamic Association of Nutritious Food Seaweed standard.
  • Natural blend of tocopherols from sunflower. This natural vitamin E is extracted from sunflowers, which are not genetically modified, without chemical treatments. It contains d-α-tocopherol, a powerful antioxidant that protects the body from free radicals.
  • Cholin. Adequate choline intake is crucial for health, supporting the production of acetylcholine, which is important for the transmission of nerve signals, memory and cognitive function. Choline also promotes the growth of the brain and nervous system of the fetus, thereby reducing the risk of birth defects. The L(+) bitartrate form of choline has high bioavailability and is absorbed efficiently.

Why start with a prenatal multivitamin already when planning a pregnancy?

It is important to start supplementing key nutrients and preparing the body for the upcoming pregnancy period as early as when planning to have a baby. During the first few weeks of pregnancy - often before a woman even knows she is pregnant - the fetal neural tube, which later forms the brain and spine, undergoes crucial development. It is during this period that it is essential for the expectant mother to ensure that she gets enough of certain nutrients, such as folate (the active form of vitamin B9), because the normal diet often does not cover her needs. Taking a prenatal multivitamin at least 3 months before conception can:
