Important Zinc supplementation
Zinc in chelated form is the most absorbable for the body. The chelated form of zinc (zinc bisglycinate) has a unique structure that ensures excellent absorption. Glycine molecules, which act as chelating agents, surround the zinc and protect it, preventing unwanted interactions with other compounds such as phytates or dietary fibre.
Copper is a key element that supports normal iron transport in the body, contributes to normal skin and hair pigmentation, and plays an important role in the proper function of the immune system and protection of cells from oxidative stress. It also positively affects the function of the nervous system and energy metabolism.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily.

In more sensitive individuals, zinc may cause nausea when taken on an empty stomach, in which case you can take it at least 2 hours after your last meal.
