Vilgain Vitamin B9 - 90 capsules
Vitamin B9 is a key B vitamin that supports DNA formation and haematopoiesis. It also contributes to the normal function of the heart and nervous system. Vilgain brings it in a highly absorbable and stable folate form with the Quatrefolic® trademark. It supports the proper functioning of the nervous and cardiovascular systems. The body cannot produce it in sufficient quantities. The folate form allows for higher bioavailability.
The synthetic form of vitamin B9 is called folic acid. The body must first convert it into an active form for it to be utilised. In contrast, active folate is in a form that the body can readily and effectively use without the need for further conversion. The vitamin is fortified with glucosamine salt, which acts as a special "carrier", making the folate significantly more stable than common forms with calcium salt. One capsule contains 400µg, which is equivalent to twice the recommended daily intake.
Take 1 capsule daily.
