Yarilo® einstein 2
The first pregnancy multivitamin with 100% folate in active form and DHA. Just one capsule a day. It contains 600 µg of the latest generation of fully biologically active folate. Unlike ordinary folic acid, it is immediately effective and does not need to be metabolized by the MTHFR enzyme. When taking 100% pure active folate, unmetabolised folic acid (UMFA) does not appear in the body. Folate is involved in cell division and also promotes the growth of germ tissues in pregnancy. One capsule of Yarilo® einstein 2 contains 200 mg of omega-3 DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Because DHA is derived from algae, it does not have the aftertaste typical of fish oil. Administration of DHA during pregnancy and breastfeeding promotes proper levels of DHA in the mother and in her breast milk. DHA taken in by the mother supports normal brain and eye development of the fetus and infant. The beneficial effect is achieved when at least 200 mg of DHA per day above the recommended daily allowance of omega-3 fatty acids for adults (250 mg of DHA and EPA) is consumed.
Active ingredients
- Iodine, riboflavin, thiamine, niacin, biotin and vitamins B6, B12 and C support the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Thiamine, niacin, biotin, vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to normal mental function. Iodine and iron support normal cognitive functions.
- Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental activity.
- Iron and vitamins B6 and B12 support the normal production of red blood cells. Iron supports the production of hemoglobin and the normal transfer of oxygen in the body. Folate also contributes to normal blood formation.
- Riboflavin contributes to normal iron metabolism and the maintenance of normal red blood cells.
- Vitamin C promotes iron absorption.
- Folate, iron, zinc and vitamins D and B12 are involved in the process of cell division. Zinc also supports normal DNA and protein synthesis.
- Vitamin D supports normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and is required for normal bone growth and development in children.
- Zinc supports the maintenance of normal vision and bone health.
- Iodine promotes normal growth in children and supports the normal production of thyroid hormones.
- Selenium and iodine support normal thyroid function.
- Iron contributes to normal cognitive development in children.
Ingredients
DHA (oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp. (powder)); vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); edible gelatin; ferrous fumarate; vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate); filler: calcium phosphate; vitamin B3 - niacin (nicotinamide); anti-caking agents: silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Zinc oxide; myo-inositol; selenium-enriched yeast; vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B2 (riboflavin); vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); active folate Quatrefolic® (glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrolistic acid); potassium iodide; vitamin H (D-biotin).
Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning one hour after meals, throughout the second and third trimesters of pregnancy and throughout the entire breastfeeding period.
