The VA panel with a 23.8" screen size and Full HD 1920 × 1080 resolution renders detailed images with wide 178° viewing angles in both planes, so the Acer Nitro XF240YS monitor's colours remain consistent even when viewed from the side. The native 180Hz refresh rate, which can be overclocked to 200Hz, combined with a 1ms (VRB) response time, delivers clean and smooth motion without ghosting. AMD FreeSync Premium technology synchronises frames with the graphics card, preventing unwanted screen tearing or stuttering. This gives gamers a consistent visual experience, which is crucial for quick reactions in competitive titles.
Visual Technology and Colours
The VA panel of the 23.8" Acer Nitro XF240YS monitor excels not only in speed but also in display quality. Thanks to Vertical Alignment technology, it offers a naturally high contrast ratio that delivers deeper blacks and brighter light tones. HDR10 support further expands the dynamic range, making scenes appear more vivid and realistic. For content creators and gamers alike, the up to 99% sRGB coverage is important for accurate and consistent colours. A brightness of 300 cd/m² provides sufficient luminosity for comfortable viewing in various lighting conditions.
Ergonomics and Customisation
The ErgoStand offers extensive options for customising the screen position of the Acer Nitro XF240YS monitor. Users can change the height of the monitor, swivel it from side to side, or tilt it from -5° to 15°. This flexibility makes it easy to find the optimal position for healthy posture and reduce eye and neck strain during work and play. The ZeroFrame thin-bezel design also makes it easy to use multiple monitors side-by-side without distracting borders, which is practical for expanding your workspace or for immersive gaming setups.

Colour Coverage (Gamut)
Determines how accurately the monitor can display colours. sRGB is ideal for web, movies, or games. DCI-P3/Adobe RGB is valued by graphic designers or professionals. The higher the stated value, the better the monitor displays colours. Maximum Brightness
A value given in nits or cd/m² that determines the brightness of the monitor. Brightness above 400 nits is key for HDR content and readability in sunlight, while standard office monitors are fine with values above 250. Refresh Rate and Response Time
The refresh rate (Hz) determines the number of frames displayed per second, so the higher the value, the smoother the picture and the less eye strain. A lower response time (ms) value eliminates motion blur. 144Hz+ is ideal for gaming, while values around 75Hz are suitable for office monitors.Specifications
