The AMICA DP 6411 LZBG gas hob combines traditional gas cooking with a modern “gas on glass” design that looks elegant and is very easy to maintain. Four cooking zones, including a powerful WOK burner, provide plenty of space and power for everyday cooking and more demanding culinary techniques. The black glass surface gives the kitchen a timeless, clean look while resisting high temperatures and mechanical stress. The gas hob is suitable for connection to natural gas and propane-butane and must be professionally installed by a gas engineer.
The hob includes a separate high-power WOK burner, which is ideal for quickly preparing meals in large pans and pots. Its triple flame ensures an even heat distribution across the entire surface of the pan, which you'll appreciate when frying, searing, and cooking Asian cuisine. Thanks to its high power, it heats up quickly without unnecessary heat loss, and food retains its flavour and texture.
The rotary knobs with integrated electric ignition let you conveniently light the burners with one hand, without needing matches or a lighter. The flame failure safety devices automatically cut off the gas supply if the flame goes out, significantly increasing operational safety. The FlameControl feature then allows for precise adjustment of the flame intensity according to the type of food being prepared.
The smooth, toughened glass surface not only looks great but also makes maintaining the hob significantly easier. Spills and food residue can be easily wiped away without strenuous cleaning. The separate cast iron pan supports provide high stability for your cookware while cooking and are also resistant to high temperatures and long-term use.
