Filler: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, colour: calcium carbonate), zinc bisglycinate ChelaZone®, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silica.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with food. Wash down with plenty of water.
