The Back-UPS Pro 1500 backup power supply by APC in black offers an elegant design and an LCD display. The device features automatic voltage control and the ability to communicate with a computer via USB. These functions make the Back-UPS series the ideal power protection for business PCs with maximum data security. The power of this model is 865W and the capacity is 1500VA. The product has five IEC C13 outlets that are connected to the battery and equipped with a surge protection. You can also find five additional output sockets with overvoltage protection only, which are suitable for connection of various devices with large power demand - printers, scanners, etc. Moreover, this backup power supply offers protection for telephone, modem, DSL, fax (RJ-11), and 100/1000 Base-T Ethernet (RJ-45). You can use the USB interface and the software on the enclosed CD to communicate with your computer or server. Of course, the LCD display includes status LEDs for indicating information such as power supply, battery power, worn out battery, overload, acoustic battery status and overload.
