Dobrý den, jenže, pokud tedy v odkazu na Vašich stránkách se jedná skutečně o Vašeho dodavatele, s tím jsem v kontaktu a ten se k tištěné záruce 5 let na svém vlastním záručním listě nezná !!! V tomto případě se jedná o mylnou informaci (klamání zákazníka) v tomto případě ze strany českého zastoupení Alveus !!! Možná by nebylo od Věci situaci "dát obchodně dohromady", než si bude stěžovat někdo více agresivní. Většina distributorů, ca 80%, na výrobky Alveus poskytuje skutečně těch pět let co je uvedeno i v tištěném ZL. Vždy jsem byl s Vámi spokojen tak si to nezkazte.

Dobrý den, u tohoto dřezu byl fyzicky záruční list na 5let, vy uvádíte dva roky, na záručním listu není uveden výrobce/distributor, jak to tedy je? Na tyto dřezy právě standardně bývá záruka 5 let, ale jde o to, kdo ji v tomto případě kryje, Děkuji za info
