Dobrý den, mám od Vás tento notebook: ASUS ExpertBook B6 Flip B6602FC2-MH0307X Zakoupený 23.3.2023. Vyskytla se mi na něm závada a to ta, že boční tlačítko ovládání hlasitosti reaguje, mechanicky cvaká, ale softwarově je jakoby zaseklé. Buď nastaví hlasitost na 100 %, nebo 0 % a nadále tuto pozici drží. Jak mám postupovat při reklamaci?
