Dobrý den. U výrobku píšete nepromokavá úprava. V balení je ale také extra pláštěnka. Jak to mám chápat. Je držák nepromokavý sám od sebe nebo teprve až s tou dodatečnou pláštěnkou? Děkuji za upřesnění. Jezdím ve velkých slejvacich.
