The new generation of metal conditioner METALTEC-1 effectively reduces friction,increases the service life of parts, reduces fuel consumption and increases engine performance. The product can be mixed with gear oils, synthetic and mineral oils, hydraulic fluids and permanent lubricants. It can be used not only in car and motorcycle maintenance, but also in the home or in the workshop, where it is suitable for the treatment of metal tools, locks, hinges, etc.
METALTEC-1 is unique due to its exclusive bond to metal, 99.99% water repellency that has been laboratory tested and maximum protection against mechanical damage to metal parts. METALTEC-1 works on the basis of synthetic hydrocarbon derivatives and protects metals with a permanent synthetic molecular bond and corrosion inhibitor content.
METALTEC-1 does not contain any harmful ingredients or solvents, making it a Group A product. The application is very easy, because in addition to metals, this product can also bind to fats, so it is possible to use oils and lubricants as a distribution medium there, where we cannot apply the conditioner directly (gearboxes, differentials, combustion and petrol engines, bearings, etc. ).
As long as the recommended dosage is followed, the application does not change the properties of oils and lubricants, because the first contact with the metal material will transfer the product to the surface, where it subsequently forms a protective layer. This thin layer is characterized by high stability and high resistance to high temperatures. In addition, METALTEC-1 protects the metal surface against corrosion and water.
