PROBIOurin AKUT from Barny’s® combines high-quality plant extracts from carefully selected herbs, reflecting their historical use in traditional folk medicine. The potent blend of botanicals has guaranteed amounts of important bioactive substances contained in the extracts (standardisation). The complex is supplemented with a mixture of tyndallised bacterial strains enriched with fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), fortified with d-mannose and hyaluronic acid, and supported by important vitamins. The product is also suitable for coeliacs – gluten-free.

Active ingredients
- Cranberry fruit extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon) with a guaranteed amount of bioactive substances - proanthocyanidins (PACs) - a standardised extract with 36% proanthocyanidins (PACs) = up to 378mg of PACs and up to 1,050mg of cranberry extract per daily dose. Proanthocyanidins (PACs) are widely considered one of the most active substances present in cranberries.
- European goldenrod herb extract (Solidago virgaurea) with a guaranteed amount of bioactive substances - flavonoids - a standardised extract with 5% flavonoids = up to 300mg of flavonoids per daily dose. European goldenrod contributes to the health of the bladder and lower urinary tract. Scientific research has found that European goldenrod generally contains a whole spectrum of active plant metabolites, among which flavonoids (also referred to as bioflavonoids due to their biological origin) are the most significant.
- Rosehip fruit extract (Rosa canina), which contributes to the normal function of the bladder and kidneys and also contributes to the body's natural defences.
- D-mannose - an active monosaccharide that is a natural part of the human body. It is considered part of the so-called protein layer that protects the surface of the bladder.
- Hyaluronic acid with high biological availability. Scientific studies have identified hyaluronic acid as one of the basic components of the glycosaminoglycan (GAG) layer of the urothelium (the mucous membrane that lines the inside of the bladder).
- A patented complex of tyndallised bacterial strains enriched with fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) - a balanced mixture of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria to support beneficial bacteria in the gut microflora. The patented tyndallised bacterial strains are heat-stable, so they do not need to be refrigerated. Moreover, they are resistant to the acidic environment of the stomach. The tyndallised bacterial complex consists of 9 different species: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, and Streptococcus thermophilus.
- Vitamins B2, B3, and H, which contribute to the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes, enriched with vitamin C, which contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended dosage
Adults:
For the first 3 days, take 1 capsule 3× a day (morning, noon, evening), then on days 4–7, take 1 capsule 2× a day (morning, evening).
Children from 15 years:
Take 1–2 capsules per day.
Swallow with plenty of water. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose!

This product is not intended for children and adolescents under 15 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients. Do not take this product concurrently with anticoagulants (blood-thinning medication). It is recommended to consult a doctor about using the product before and after surgical procedures. The product is intended for short-term use. Best before the date stated on the packaging. Gluten-free. The packaging contains a harmless silica gel sachet to absorb moisture from the product – do not consume.
Storage
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of around 15–20°C. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. After opening, store according to the storage conditions, away from heat and direct sunlight.
