The basis is a patented complex of B vitamins from a natural source - from inactivated brewer's yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Vitamins are bound in a bioavailable form, which increases their absorption and effectiveness in the body. This patented complex is obtained by fermenting yeast using a special production process - the so-called. "biofortification". In addition, the complex is supplemented with myo-inositol (B8), para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA/B10) and choline (B11) for maximum supplementation coverage.

Lalmin® B200 [inactive yeast with B-complex vitamins in powder form, of which: Niacin 32 mg (200 % of the RVH), Pantothenic acid 12 mg (200 % RH), riboflavin 2.80 mg (200 % RH), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 2.80 mg (200 % of the RVH), thiamine 2.20 mg (200 % of the RVH), folate (folic acid) 400 µg (200 % RH), Biotin 100 µg (200 % of the RVH), vitamin B12 (cobalamin) 5 µg (200 % RH)] 400 mg, choline [choline bitartrate 97%, anti-caking agent (silica)] 175 mg, inositol (myo-inositol) 175 mg, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 50 mg. The capsule is composed of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Recommended dosage
Adults take 1 capsule once a day. Wash down with plenty of water. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
