The BEURER EM 37 electrical muscle stimulator is a flexible belt, with a hook and a loop, which you can fasten around your stomach area. It offers electrical stimulation to your front and side abdominal muscles. It is a great tool for muscle training, as it increases performance, promotes the strengthening of certain muscles and helps maintain fitness. It works by immitating natural body impulses, that are transmitted through the skin to the muscle fibres. It offers five training programs ranging from 22 to 31 mins, and their intensity can be set from 0 to 40. A useful feature is the timer, which counts how much time is remaining. There is also a memory function, which will remember where you are up to in your training routine over an extended period of time.

The BEURER EM 37 has a flexible ergonomic shape and an easy to read LCD display, with image symbols and a detachable control. An automatic shutdown feature is also included for safety. The four contact electrodes are made from a conductive carbon material. The device must not be used if you have a pacemaker, if you suffer from epilepsy, if you are pregnant, or if you suffer from cardiac arrhythmia. The device is supplied with three 1.5V AAA batteries - the indicator will let you know how to replace them.
