Dobrý den, neustále svítí bíle, postupně celé kolo po směru hodinových ručiček, stále dokola. Nelze vypnout, nelze reset (play 10s), to jen zhasne na vteřinu a vrátí se zpět do původního stavu a nelze reset do továrního nastavení (BT+"+" 10s) . Nechal jsem i vybít baterii, nepomohlo.

Dobrý den, koupil jsem tento produkt na alze. Nelze ale propojit s Bose music app. Apka produkt vidí, ale nepřidá ho. Tedy nelze ani ovládat (další funkce, které jsou jen v app). Bez toho nedává smysl si produkt nechávat, pokud nebude fungovat. Můžete poradit? Děkuji.
