Thanks to its robust design, high speed, and a professional software suite with seamless Microsoft SharePoint integration, the scanner is ideal for offices and workgroups.
The rugged design includes a 50-sheet feeder, where you can place mixed batches of documents. The DR-M140 is designed to provide exceptionally reliable feed and separation of different media types, from thick to thin sheets. It can also scan credit and other cards and other nonstandard documents. The scanner can handle up to 7,000 images per day and is equipped with rolls designed for heavy workload and even paper handling. These make the DR-M140 extremely durable and suitable for very high workloads.
The scanner comes with easy-to-use software for seamless scanning and document management. CaptureOnTouch software has an intuitive interface and supports all common document formats such as PDF, TIFF, JPEG, BMP and PowerPoint. CapturePerfect software makes batch scanning and document processing easier than ever and gives you options to save the output to a folder, send it by email, or transfer to a SharePoint application. The device includes Kofax VRS image processing software and eCopy PDF Pro Office for fast PDF creation, editing and document conversion.
