The operating system (OS) of a watch is the underlying software that controls all the functions of a smartwatch, including apps, communications, display and sensors. The watch's OS determines what apps you can install, how the watch controls itself, and how it interacts with other devices.
The internal storage in a smartwatch determines the amount of data the watch can store without the need for external storage. This capacity affects how many apps, music, photos or other data the user can store on the watch. The size of internal storage can vary greatly between smartwatch models, typically from a few hundred megabytes (MB) to several gigabytes (GB).
