Dobrý den, asi po roce používání kolečko aspoň v polovině případů nereaguje správně, tj. při přibližování oddaluje, při pohybu dolů jede nahoru apod. Je to strašná frustrace a zpomalení práce. Existuje doporučení, co se s tím dá udělat doma? Nějak vyčistit, něco s ovladačem apod.? Nebo je to po roce běžná vada z používání (spotřební zboží)? - což by mi tedy přišlo brzo. Lze reklamovat?
