Dobrý den, kavovar máme od Vánoc a od začátku máme tento problém - když vysouvaˇ odkapavac, objeví se pod nim kaluz vody. Pod kavovarem je sucho. Ta voda vytéká (zřejmě presne v tu dobu co se vytahuje odkapavac) někde z levého předního rohu, jak tam je ta malá červená misticka. Je to to dost otravne, při každém vyšívání odkapavace vytírat pod kavovarem. Co je špatně? Je to duvod k reklamaci ? Dekuji.

Dobrý den, čerstvě vybalený kávovar nedává horkou vodu ani nenapěňuje mléko. Horká voda odchází přímo do odkapávací misky a z té vychází pára. Jedná se o závadu? Pokud budu reklamovat dostanu nový přístroj výměnou nebo budu čekat 30 dní? Děkuji
