The past feels more present than the now. When a person is in this state, they cannot let go of the past. They often wish they could go back in time. The here and now seems less liveable than yesterday. Sometimes, negative memories prevent those affected from letting the past be the past. Past pain is relived over and over again and cannot be replaced by current events. These individuals prefer to remain trapped in the past rather than consciously experiencing the present and actively shaping their lives. They are often distracted, blocked, and unable to act.
Ingredients
Flower macerate of Holly (Ilex aquifolium) 0.2%, Alcohol 27%, Water.
Recommended Dosage
Take 4 drops, 4× a day. Mix with water or drop directly onto the tongue. If necessary, repeat more often throughout the day.
