Psyllium fibre

Psyllium is a soluble fiber that is derived from the purified seed coats of Indian plantain (Plantago ovata). It grows in Iraq, Pakistan, Australia and especially in India, where the raw material is of the highest quality. It's imported for you from here.

Dosage:

Just take 2 to 3 capsules 2 to 3 times a day and wash them thoroughly with at least 250 ml of water or other liquid - herbal tea, fruit juice, etc. The maximum daily dose is 9 capsules.
