Psyllium Dr. Popova SLIM capsules combine the positive effects of psyllium fiber and other active natural ingredients (spirulina, green tea extract, garcinia and nettle) for intensive weight loss. Psyllium fibre induces a false sense of satiety when eaten fasting, which is widely used in weight loss diets. It also softens the stool, aids proper and easy defecation and supports healthy digestive system function. Spirulina and green tea extract promote healthy weight loss and contribute to easier weight control. Garcinia extract reduces unpleasant feelings of hunger and nettle extract promotes the excretion of water from the body.

Psyllium fibre
Psyllium is a soluble fibre that is obtained from the purified seed coats of Indian plantain (Plantago ovata). It grows in Iraq, Pakistan, Australia and especially in India, where the raw material is of the highest quality. It's imported for you from here. Psyllium Dr. Popova increases its volume in the digestive tract up to 40 times. The resulting gel absorbs the excess fluid and by simple swelling (mechanical force like a piston) drains out harmful fumes from the tract. The basis of a clean organism and an integral criterion of good health is a healthy stool every day.
Dosage:
Taking Psyllium Dr. Popova in capsules is very convenient. Just take 2 capsules 2 times a day and wash them thoroughly with at least 250 ml of water or other liquid - herbal tea, fruit juice, etc. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules.

Storage:
Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.
