Koupili jsme si váhu Emos GoSmart EV112 a po zprovoznění (zapojení, stažení aplikace, spárování s mobilní aplikací, nastavení uživatelských profilů) jsme zjistili, že váha po zvážení zaznamenává jen váhu a z výšky dopočítává BMI. Žádné další avizované ukazatele, které má měřit, nezaznamenává. Vyzkoušeli jsme reset i spárování s jiným telefonem - výsledek negativní. Přímo od výrobce jsme si stáhli návod, v něm se však nic o podobném problému nepíše. Váha neposkytuje údaje, kvůli kterým jsme si ji koupili, a je proto nefunkční. Před případnou reklamací bychom ještě chtěli požádat o pomoc touto cestou.

U zakoupené váhy EMOS EV112 nebyl návod k použití, natož pak český. Domnívám se, že návod je povinnou součástí. Přiložený letáček návodem rozhodně není. Je možné návod někde stáhnout nebo nám ho pošlete. Díky.
