- For acetaldehyde metabolism - When alcohol is broken down in the body, by-products such as acetaldehyde are formed, which is considered to be the main cause of hangovers. Dihydromyricetin (DHM) is being researched in relation to its effect on hangovers, and L-cysteine with vitamin B1 complements this process.

Recommended dosage
Take 1–2 capsules with your first drink. Take 2 capsules with your last drink. 3–4 capsules per evening. For proper dissolution and absorption, drink at least one glass of water. We recommend alternating alcoholic drinks with non-alcoholic ones. Get at least 7 hours of sleep. Have something sweet for breakfast.
