objednal jsem 24.4 termín 8.5 . změněno na 11.5 . další změna na 27.5 . Je to 33 dní dostanu to někdy ?

Zdravím..nedávno som si kúpil htc vive ale jedna zo staníc mi spadla :( ..pri spustení steamu mi hlási chybu s interním problémom..chcem sa opýtať či je možné reklamovať základnú stanicu alebo mechanicke poškodenie pri manipulovaní sa na to nevzťahuje a budem nútený kúpiť novú? ..mám aj predĺženú záruku na htc vive
