The Guzzanti GZ 620 home bakery is a fully automatic kitchen appliance that makes home-made crispy bread of up to 1600 grams. You can choose from three volumes of the bread - 1125, 1350 and 1600 grams.
The home bakery features 19 automatic programmes, time setting and maintaining the temperature for 60 minutes. You can set the bakery using the touch controls and the selected setting is displayed on a clear LCD screen. Another feature is the ability to adjust the degree of baking of the crust - whether it should be light, medium or well baked.
In addition to different kinds of bread, buttermilk, yogurt, jam, pizza and cake dough can also be made in the bakery.

The delayed start function allows you to postpone the start of baking for up to 15 hours. The non-stick surface of the mould and the dough hook, which is included in the package, provides easy maintenance. You can rely on its stability due to rubber feet that do not slip.
