Fungujú tieto sluchadlá niekomu s Windows 7 64 bit prosím? Bluetooth ich spáruje, pridajú sa do zoznamu zariadení, windows sa snaží nainštalovať driver (bluetooth peripheral device driver), ale vždy to skončí chybou. Automatické aktualizácie sú zapnuté a fungujú OK. S telefónom (android) a notebookom s Win10 fungujú bez problémov, dokonca nič nechceli inštalovať. Ďakujem.

Sluchátka sa nechcú vypnúť. Keď ich vrátim do obalu , stále hrajú aj v ňom a aj keď podržim tlačítko multifunkčné, tak sa hudba len stopne ale nevypne. Kde môže byť problém ? ďakujem za odpoveď.
