User-friendly pruners and saw for precise branch cutting from the ground at heights of up to 6.5 metres
GARDENA StarCut Pro L are 172cm telescopic pruners with an adjustable length, which allow you to cut branches with a maximum diameter of 32mm at a height of up to 6 metres (or up to 6.5 metres with the saw). They are particularly suitable for maintaining small to medium-sized trees. The double-edged blades, made from high-quality steel, have a PowerCoating finish that ensures a clean, precise cut and simplifies maintenance. The interchangeable blades can be replaced quickly and easily. The GARDENA StarCut Pro L model is equipped with an ergonomic handle for enhanced user comfort. The package includes a triple-ground saw, which attaches quickly and conveniently using an adapter. The blades are made in Germany, and the product comes with an up to 25-year warranty upon registration.
The 1.72m long StarCut Pro L telescopic pruners offer a reach of up to 6m – and even 6.5m with the saw attached – making them the ideal solution for maintaining small and medium-sized trees without needing a ladder. This is mainly due to the adjustable length from 175 to 400cm. The steel blades are precision-ground for a clean, double-edged cut. The StarCut Pro L model with metal gears provides up to 12× more cutting power compared to pruners without a gear mechanism.
The compact, angled head of the pruners ensures easy access to the base of branches from various angles without getting tangled during cutting. The construction is designed for long-lasting durability. The ergonomic T-shaped lower handle provides a better grip, stability, and more precise guidance of the pruners during work. A simple clamp allows for quick and easy telescopic operation from the ground. The cutting angle can be adjusted directly from the ground.
The blades of the GARDENA StarCut Pro L pruners have a PowerCoating finish, which reduces friction, makes cleaning easier, and protects against corrosion. With a maximum cutting diameter of 32mm, they are also suitable for thicker greenwood branches. A saw attachment is also available, which can be used for cutting at greater heights or independently as a hand saw.
