Dobrý den, zajímalo by mě, jak je možné dát podložku přímo na gril, když je maximální dovolená teplota 260°C? Domnívám se, že na grilu tuto teplotu nemám šanci ohlídat (například šlehacjící plameny), ale i celková teplota na grilu bude kolikrát asi větší. Děkuji za odpověď.
