1 capsule contains 250mg powder of dried Oyster Mushroom without additive and 40mg L-Ascorbic Acid (raw material 60mg). 1 capsule contains 118.2mg of ß-glucan ± 3.75mg. Gluten content <5mg/kg product. L-ascorbic acid content in 1 capsule is 50% of the reference intake value.
Recommended dosage
Take 2 capsules daily at bedtime. Wash it down with water. You can open the capsule and pour the contents into water or food. Especially during the autumn and winter months, when the immunity is exposed to many stress factors.
