Dobrý den, nejde mi spárovat ovladač se samotným světlem (o aplikaci nemluvě, to je to samé) ovladač i svetlo několikrát vyresetované, 5x vypnu zapnu dle návodu, poté 3s podržím ON na ovladači - ten bliká až dobliká, ale bez reakce světla - ke spárování nedojde... A to už jsem zkoušela ovladač přiložit všude možně.

Dobrý den, pokud je toto světlo spojeno s Philips HUE bridge, je možné ho také zároveň ovládat i přes immax NEO dálkový ovladač, který je součástí tohoto osvětlení? Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, mám od Vás toto světlo (Immax Neo Canto) a uvádíte zde, že je kompatibilní s Philips HUE, znamená to, že když mám Philips Hue bridge, stačí mi jen toto světlo a pomocí ZigBee protokolu se to spojí, nebo toto světlo potřebuje ještě sólo Immax NEO SMART BRIDGE ? a pak je to teprve možné ovládat chytře? Moc děkuji za Vaši odpověď.
