For women in perimenopause who want a comprehensive, one-capsule-a-day solution. The product contains Libifem® (a standardised fenugreek seed extract) in the recommended clinical amount of 600mg and is supplemented with a blend of vitamins and coenzymes. The formula is vegan, in HPMC vegetable capsules; the package contains 90 capsules (30 daily doses).

Ingredients
Magnesium taurate, Libifem® - patented fenugreek (trigonella foenum-graecum) seed extract, magnesium bisglycinate, liposomal vitamin c (ascorbic acid), turmeric (curcuma longa) - root extract (98% curcumin), coenzyme q10 (ubiquinol), vitamin k2 - menaq7, vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin b6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin b9 (methyltetrahydrofolate), vitamin b12 (methylcobalamin), capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Recommended dosage
Take 3 capsules daily. Drink with plenty of water. The maximum recommended daily dose is 3 capsules.
