Dobry den do Alzy. Jde o "Lenovo IdeaCentre 520-22IKU Silver" - koupeno v Alza.cz v 08/2019. Ted pri zariove aktualizaci SW W10 Home zanechala tato udalost na SSDisku silenou paseku v podobe adresare "Windows.old" kde je 32Giga souboru a dalsi adresare na rootu disku "C:\". Od te doby je nefuncni i MS Office, coz mi vadi ze vseho nejvic. Prosim o zpetnou vazbu jak postupovat. Pocitac jako takovy je OK, jde o SW. Vim, ze za to az tak moc nemuzete, ale prodavate tento SW tretim stranam a tak za nej i reklamacne zodpovidate. Dekuji za odpoved, jsem vasim zakaznikem - Koutsky Pavel "[email protected]" a doufam ze jim i zustanu.
